A Drive-Thru testing site requires individuals to arrive in an enclosed vehicle and remain in the vehicle to be tested. You will be rescheduled if you arrive on-site by walking, riding a bike, scooter, motorcycle or convertible with the top down.
What to Expect When Arriving:
Upon entering, do not open your window. For safety, staff at the testing site will be wearing personal protective equipment. They will use signage to direct you to the correct lanes as they will not be able to speak to you.
- Drive by yourself if you are able; only people who are scheduled will be tested. Do not expect to have anyone else in your vehicle tested.
- Do not bring pets. If you have a pet in the vehicle, you will be asked to return later or be rescheduled.
- This is a drive-through testing site, so you will not exit your vehicle at any time during this process.
- Display your ID and if possible your confirmation email on your dashboard to the testing site staff. Upon verification of identity, testing staff will direct you to the testing lane.
- Once in the testing lane, the tester will need to confirm your identity again by asking for your name and date of birth
