Duties

Review all letters of intent received from departments applying for a grant. Letters of intent will be ranked according to stated criteria. Part of the Grants Application Procedures

Composition

Director of Grants Clearinghouse Department, or designated representative, along with three members appointed by the Commissioners Court. The Committee will include one member from each of the following departments:
1) County Judge's office
2) Auditor
3) Public Works
