The Nueces County District Clerk’s Office has partnered with re:SearchTX to provide electronic access to court records!

The District Clerk has committed to EXPANDING access which will give the public immediate access to records that pre-date the state mandate to E-File. This commitment is a CONTINUING effort that will continue to expand into the past.

The New Public Case Search tool is online and available for public use.
