Any resident or business in Nueces County can take advantage of DRS' services.  Contact the center in person, by telephone (361)888-0650, by fax (361)888-0754 or by e-mail disputeresolution@nuecesco.com

Friends, neighbors, clergy, schools, police officers, lawyers, judges, employers, social service agencies, and other people may make referrals to DRS.

If you are a resident of Nueces, San Patricio, Live Oak or Bee Counties, and the issue is not before a court, the mediation is FREE.  If the issue is in court, DRS has a $65.00 Administrative Fee per party.
